A national health service in Scotland seeks a Business & Systems Assistant Administrator to provide maternity leave cover within the Staff Bank Office. The successful candidate will support the engagement of medical professionals and manage supplementary staffing. Important qualifications include a formal administrative qualification and experience in customer service and electronic systems. Working hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility possible in consultation with the manager.

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Systems and Business Administration team within the Staff Bank Office, Level 9, Ninewells Hospital to provide Maternity Leave Cover.
If you are the right candidate this post offers you the opportunity to expand your experience of Systems and Business processes within NHS Tayside within a supportive and forward thinking team.
As the successful candidate you will support the sourcing, engagement and supply of Bank and Agency supplementary staffing across NHS Tayside. This post will primarily deal with the business of securing and engaging Medical, Allied Health Professionals and Other Clinical Professionals agency supply.
As the successful candidate you will receive a period of induction and orientation to systems and processes, be provided with a mentor to support your familiarisation with this exciting and interesting job role.

The successful candidate will have a formal Administrative qualification or equivalent office based clerical, systems and administrative experience. Previous experience with electronic systems & customer service is essential and NHS administrative experience is desirable. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, along with proven experience in accurate data entry and information recording.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 8am – 4 pm, Some flexibility of attendance is available through discussion and agreement with line manager.
