A leading agricultural parts supplier in the UK is seeking a Business Analytics Lead. This role involves driving decisions through data analysis, managing initiatives, and engaging with stakeholders in the Benelux Cluster. Recently we’ve created Cluster Management Teams to strengthen our connection to local markets and boost our responsiveness to regional opportunities. To support the Benelux Cluster, we are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to join our global team and help shape the future of how we do business in one of our most dynamic regions.
In this role you will be part of the Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department, the central problem‑solving hub of Kramp. You will work closely with leaders across the Benelux Cluster and the wider Kramp Group to identify challenges, analyse data, and deliver actionable solutions that drive performance and growth.
Our team of Cluster Analysts act as the “firefighters” of Kramp, ready to tackle complex issues and make an impact across each in both commerce and supply chain.
In this role, you will report to the Business Analysis Manager.
You’ll play a key role in driving smarter decisions and smoother operations across our business. You’ll be the link between strategy, data, and execution, helping teams turn insights into action.
