Job description

Kramp is transforming and you can be part of that change.

Recently we’ve created Cluster Management Teams to strengthen our connection to local markets and boost our responsiveness to regional opportunities. To support the Benelux Cluster, we are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to join our global team and help shape the future of how we do business in one of our most dynamic regions.

In this role you will be part of the Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department, the central problem‑solving hub of Kramp. You will work closely with leaders across the Benelux Cluster and the wider Kramp Group to identify challenges, analyse data, and deliver actionable solutions that drive performance and growth.

Our team of Cluster Analysts act as the “firefighters” of Kramp, ready to tackle complex issues and make an impact across each in both commerce and supply chain.

In this role, you will report to the Business Analysis Manager.

What is your role?

You’ll play a key role in driving smarter decisions and smoother operations across our business. You’ll be the link between strategy, data, and execution, helping teams turn insights into action.

In this role, you will:

  • Bring clarity through data: Conduct research and analyze trends to uncover valuable insights that support smarter business decisions.
  • Solve real business challenges: Interpret complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that make a measurable impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Proactively suggest and implement optimizations to processes and procedures that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Map and improve processes: Analyze and document our current ("as is") and future ("to be") ways of working, clearly identifying what needs to change to get us there.
  • Turn ideas into concrete requirements: Gather and translate business needs through interviews, workshops, and process analysis, ensuring that goals and user needs are clearly defined.
  • Lead and deliver projects: Manage small to medium‑sized initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with Kramp’s broader program goals.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships: Engage with stakeholders across the Benelux Cluster, understand their challenges and ambitions, and ensure clear communication and collaboration at every step.
Who are you?

You’re a sharp, curious, and business‑minded professional who loves solving complex problems with data and insight. You know how to turn analysis into action and how to bring people along with you.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A completed Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field;
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar analytical or business‑focused role;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Experience in (strategy) consulting is a strong plus;
  • Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
  • A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Power BI, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business strategies;
  • Supply chain knowledge is considered a strong asset;
  • Excellent business insight, communication, and advisory skills. You know how to influence, not just inform.
What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast‑growing, and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full time contract).

Flexible working policy in hours and location (base location is Varsseveld).

Monthly team activities.

Profit sharing bonus;

Travel‑and working from home allowance.

Generous budget for training and courses to develop yourself further.
