Programme Lead (Senior Lecturer) – Greenwich Online

Role Overview

Programme Leads oversee a programme within the online portfolio, lead the first module, and line‑manage module leads. The substantive position is Senior Lecturer in the advertised field.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and operate a defined curriculum area within Business Analytics.
• Ensure programme quality, student experience and recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead programme direction, motivate module teams and collaborate with university stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory and policy requirements for HE online education.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced academic and subject expert in Business Analytics.
• Programme or module design experience and prior teaching in a fully online programme.
• Excellent communicator with leadership and team‑management skills.
• Knowledge of quality, regulatory and policy requirements for HE delivery.
