As a Trainee, you support the Business Analyst of UK and Ireland. You enjoy working in a cross-functional environment where you can:

• Develop a deep understanding in Immunology and Epilepsy Rare diseases, and generate actionable insights to help the team improve outcomes and experiences for specific patient sub-populations that may benefit most from UCB’s solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Go-to-Market Insight to Impact teams, including Analytics, Reporting, Sales operations and offshore teams.
• Support analysis related to sales and patient performance management.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as needed (Commercial, Medical and Market Access)
• Assist in implementing selected initiatives aimed at optimizing Go-to-Market strategies for an effective field-force optimization.

Job Responsibilities

Your typical working day will involve:

• Working extensively with data in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools
• Conducting analysis, crafting storylines, and drafting communications in presentation format.
• Engaging with business unit stakeholders to support the initiatives mentioned above.
