What to expect

The Business Analysis Team Manager is a member of the Transformation & Portfolio Office Team, responsible for the development and delivery of functional strategies, role modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. The Business Analyst Team Manager role will be responsible undertaken business analysis within the Post Office's Transformation Programme, as well as leading a team of business analysts. They will also support the Business Analysis Profession Manager, in developing frameworks and defining common standards and processes, so as to ensure a consistent and high quality approach to business analysis in the Post Office.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Substantial experience of delivering business analysis in a complex Transformation Programme.
  • Substantial experience convening multiple stakeholders and through successful relationships, leading key cross-functional projects to drive results across the organisation.
  • Experience in leading and driving change aligned to functional and business strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean, Agile and BPR methodologies and approaches.
  • Experience in a regulated or public sector environment.
  • Ability to maintain strong and influential relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to build support for business plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and broker acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity.
  • Ability to operate enterprise wide.
