Business Analyst Team Leader

Salary: £65k + bonuses & benefits
Hours: 9-5pm
Locations: Ipswich, Chelmsford, Cambridge or Norwich (3 days pw, one of which must be in Ipswich)

We're looking for a hands‑on BA Team Leader to manage a distributed team of six, with core IT functions based in Ipswich. This role requires a blend of strong leadership and excellent delivery capability.

About the Role

You’ll lead and coach a cross‑functional team, driving Agile best practice and ensuring high‑quality delivery of products and business change initiatives. Around 30% of your time will focus on team leadership, with the remainder spent on hands‑on project delivery, business analysis, and shaping product delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
