As aBusiness Analyston theIssuance Platform VisionNextteam, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing card management solutions for financial institutions. You will serve as the vital bridge between our clients, product management, and development teams—translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our next-generation, cloud-native, and API-first platform.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of thepayments and card issuance lifecycle.

  • 5 Days Work from client office located at Basildon, UK
  • Act as the bridge between clients, product management, and development teams to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for the VisionNext platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Develop detailed documentation including epics, user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and support solution design and implementation.
  • Assist in creating test cases and support QA activities to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis to resolve complex business problems.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Possess 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, fintech, or payments.
  • Demonstrate proven experience with card issuance platforms, payment processing, or card management systems.
  • Have hands-on experience working with BASE24.
  • Show strong understanding of the card lifecycle including cardholder enrollment, authorizations, disputes, and loyalty programs.
  • Be proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • (Preferred) Experience with cloud-based or API-first systems.
  • (Preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • (Preferred) Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
