Are you a systems thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity? We're looking for a Business Analyst - Global Pricing, to join our Pricing Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll help scale pricing governance, streamline operations, and empower regional teams with the tools and data they need to drive commercial success. Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights, you'll be the operational backbone of our pricing strategy bringing structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement to everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Improve pricing processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.
  • Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.
  • Support new product introductions or changes from a pricing systems perspective.
  • Administer and enhance pricing systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP modules, pricing engines).
What You'll Bring
  • Lean/Six Sigma
  • Experience with Process mapping and Project Management
  • Experience constructively challenging the status quo and lead diverse leadership groups through improvement initiatives
  • Hands‑on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo)
  • Excellent Excel skills and comfort with data manipulation

Bonus if you have: ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), or exposure to subscription/service-based pricing.
