Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking a Business Analyst to translate strategic digital initiatives into concrete requirements. The role will ensure programme decisions are grounded in operational need and aligned with benefits.

You will run stakeholder workshops, map current and target operating models, design user journeys and use cases, and produce clear documentation to support business cases and delivery traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and management.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Skilled in process mapping and documenting user journeys.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and benefits analysis.
• Desirable experience with government transformation programmes.

The Business Analyst is responsible for translating the strategic vision of Digital Wing into clear business, user and technical requirements. The role will ensure that programme decisions are grounded in operational need and that solutions are aligned to desired outcomes and benefits.
