  • 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with functional ownership of Salesforce or related enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, user story creation, backlog management, and sprint execution.
  • Hands‑on experience in Salesforce data model, permission sets, licensing processes, and integration dependencies (MuleSoft preferred).
  • Ability to analyse and simplify complex business processes, documenting them in clear functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working in projects with multiple dependencies and overlapping timelines.
