Business Analyst - 6 Months - Inside IR35 - BCBS239 - London

My client, a leading investment bank, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their EMEA Operations Data Management team. This role is pivotal in supporting a major global compliance programme focused on risk data aggregation and reporting standards (BCBS239).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements.
  • Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives.
  • Manage solution plans, prioritisation, and progress tracking.
  • Produce clear, version-controlled documentation and governance papers.
  • Collaborate with data teams, engineers, and product managers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.
Essential Skills
  • Strong experience in financial services.
  • Expertise in data management, governance, analytics, and quality.
