Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a proactive Business Analyst in Sheffield to support reporting transformation and dashboard enhancements. You will gather requirements, migrate reports to a central dashboard, and optimise processes with a focus on risk, controls, and cybersecurity considerations.

The role requires strong BA skills, experience with Jira/Confluence, and familiarity with dashboards. Hybrid working with a UK-based client context is expected.

We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to support the transformation of our reporting processes and contribute to ongoing dashboard enhancements. You’ll work closely with our Risk and Control and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimise workflows.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience with data visualisation, including designing or advising on effective and user-friendly dashboard layouts.
• Change management experience, supporting teams through process changes with communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• An analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Experience with API integrations and familiarity with bringing together data from multiple sources, including third-party systems.

This is a contract position located in Sheffield, England.

For this role a valid working permit for the UK is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working:

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
