Role purpose / summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in quick service restaurant (QSR) operations and store technologies such as Point of Sale (POS) and Menu Systems. This role requires direct engagement with C-level executives, translating strategic business needs into actionable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on strategy building, planning, and execution of store technology initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, especially at the executive level.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions focused on store technologies including POS, digital menu boards, and ordering systems.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions within QSR environments.
  • Develop business cases, functional specifications, and user stories to support technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations with senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the QSR or retail sector, with hands‑on exposure to store‑level technologies.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, menu configuration platforms, and store operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders.
