Job summary

Main Capital Partners in London is seeking a Business Analyst to join the investment team with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills. You will evaluate investment opportunities and assist deal execution in a fast-growing, international environment.

The role offers early responsibility, exposure to cross-border deal activity, and opportunities to grow professionally through data analysis, financial modelling and collaboration with portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PE/M&A experience, preferably in IT.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Economics.
• Strong analytical skills and financial accounting knowledge.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team.
• Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies.
• Analyze company and market information, build financial models, and provide investment insights.
• Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events.
• Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and help portfolio companies with strategic developments.
