Job summary

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an established consultancy business who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop analytical, commercial and consulting skills, with structured training and a clear progression pathway into a Management Consultant role.

Typically Monday to Thursday on client sites with Fridays working remotely.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine desire to develop a career in consulting.
• Degree in Science, Mathematics, Economics would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, operational data and management systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct on-site observations, process mapping and performance assessments.
• Support the delivery of business transformation and operational improvement projects.
• Work closely with client managers and operational teams to implement new processes and ways of working.
• Build strong client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to delivering measurable, sustainable results.
• Participate in structured training and development to build your consulting expertise.
