As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations & Technology team. This role sits at the centre of our AI and automation transformation – working across senior leadership, data teams, product, engineering and operations to analyse problems, build business cases and drive the adoption of new technologies. You will help us identify high‑impact opportunities, shape strategic initiatives and scale AI‑enabled tools across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product and AI teams to understand business requirements and shape high‑value initiatives.
• Structure complex business problems into clear opportunities, assessing business impact vs. effort and building supporting business cases.
• Identify, prioritise and support delivery of AI and automation use cases across the organisation.
• Test and evaluate new technologies, run pilots, gather user feedback and support adoption of AI‑powered tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models and workflows to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Develop automated reporting and KPI frameworks to measure operational and technology performance.
• Create clear documentation, training materials and communication plans to support change management and technology rollouts.
• Present insights, recommendations and findings to senior leadership in a clear and structured way.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, corporate strategy, consulting or technology/business analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high data fluency; confident working with data sets, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python or R is a plus.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation or technology‑led change initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards, analytical workflows or data models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience running discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions or stakeholder alignment activities.
• Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
