Our client, a high profile organisation, urgently require an experienced Business Analyst to undertake a contract starting immediately.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

Strong Business Analyst background, ideally Agile cert
Extensive experience gained within Policing
Experience of working on process improvement for the reporting of crime statistics
NPPV3 and SC Clearance is essential

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing a discovery phase exploring as-is processes, datasets and tools used for the reporting of violence crime figures across a number of police forces
Summarise the as-is situation, current pain points, and gap analysis
Review as-is processes for violence harm risk assessments for Habitual Knife Carriers across different Forces
Review alternative approaches to the reporting of figures
Demonstrate how technology can automate index/matrix assessments to reduce the burden on Police resources by developing and trialling a tool
