The Role

The Network Development Business Analyst provides support to the Network Development team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long‑term growth of the business.

The Team

The Network Development team is a key link between Kia UK and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network act as the primary link between Kia and its customers. The main activities of the team include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, as well as monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives.

Consumers no longer just want a great product; they expect a great experience and as a Network Development Business Analyst you will be contributing to all of these functions to ensure our Dealer Partners are delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In the Network Development Business Analyst role you’ll work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with our Dealer partners, European HQ and key suppliers.

The Location

The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on‑site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
