BUSINESS ANALYST - CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START

WITH EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE BELOW

ON-BOARDING / BILLING / SETTLEMENT / KYC / AML

• Initial duration: 8–9 elapsed weeks, immediate start (possibility of extension)

Role description

• Business analyst to
  • analyse and map current state customer on-boarding, risk management and billing and settlement processes/flows within a payments business
  • analyse and develop optimised future state on-boarding, risk management and billing and settlement processes/flows
  • support initial engagement with vendors to identify candidate solutions for:
    • on-boarding, including CRM
    • customer risk management throughout customer lifecycle
    • billing calculations, billing and settlement

Core skills/experience

• Detailed requirements gathering and documenting
• Strong current state and future state process analysis and mapping/modelling
• Ideally within payments business context
• Ideally experience of process modelling within as many of the following functions as possible:
  • Customer (B2B) on-boarding
  • Customer risk management, KYC/B, AML, etc. (during on-boarding and ongoing monitoring post-on-boarding)
  • Billing and settlement (throughout the whole billing lifecycle, including billing calculations)
• Experience of engaging with vendors in the above domains
