Purpose of Job

Are you ready to take your business analysis expertise to the next level? Join our client as a Business Analyst (BA) VP! In this pivotal role, you'll document essential changes to support the mandatory clearing of USTs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and updating the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Preparing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Documenting Policies, Procedures, and Manuals (PPM)

You'll be the bridge between IT and the business, leveraging data to drive solutions and ensuring seamless communication across a multi-disciplinary team. Your insights will empower management to make informed decisions!

Background

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the project lead, presenting findings at SteerCo meetings. Your strong grasp of current banking processes, products, and regulations will be invaluable. You'll also need:

• A solid understanding of Sales and Trading related business
• The ability to articulate complex processes clearly
• Your expertise in clearing Bonds and Repos, as well as front-to-back processing of Sales and Trading, will be key.
• Technical knowledge to analyse change impacts on processes and systems
• Strong negotiation skills to balance stakeholder needs

You may interface with Compliance, RMD, Planning, Front Office, Operations, and IT, delivering insights directly to senior project members.
