What you’ll do at work
- Agile project management governance. Gate review management. Subject matter expert in the method and the documentation required.
- Project risk management.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation: The PMO plays a vital role in defining and enforcing policies related to data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulations, which are essential aspects of IS governance.
- Training and Support: The PMO can provide training and resources to enhance understanding and implementation of governance practices across the organisation, fostering a culture of compliance and security awareness.
- Preparation for meetings committees.
- Preparation of return on investment.
- Co‑ordination of stakeholders for project success.

- Support the development of simple data models using relevant techniques, standards, notation and software tools.
- Document current business situations to enable gap analysis and decision making.
- Support the development of models of future state business situations.
- Identify key differences between current and future business situations.
- Define acceptance criteria for business and system changes.
- Support business acceptance of business and system changes.
- Apply relevant techniques to research and identify stakeholders.
- Analyse and document stakeholders' areas of interest and influence.
- Support the development of cost/benefit analysis for proposed business changes.
- Evaluate and document the key impacts on people, process, organisation, technology and information.
- Present information in a manner appropriate to the audience.

- Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard.
- You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship Team to increase your skills.
Essential qualifications
- GCSE in English (grade C/4+)
- GCSE in Maths (grade C/4+)
