The role requires a strong BA skillset to support with Requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, document as is and to be flows, skills required in Jira, change request and change management of requirements prioritisation, documenting project scope. API requirements and design experience, Salesforce background and knowledge, Previous experience with technical migrations of customer data across platforms, Salesforce workflows.
