Salary: £50,000
Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading public sector organisation, is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an opportunity to work on projects that will have a genuine impact on how public services are delivered, identifying where AI and automation can improve processes, reduce manual activity and enable better decision‑making.
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing and implementation, helping turn business challenges into practical, secure and responsible technology solutions.
You’ll work closely with digital, data, architecture, information governance, cyber security and operational teams, acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery.
Experience with Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, machine learning, Power Platform, Power Automate or Azure AI would be particularly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, pragmatic and comfortable challenging existing ways of working. You’ll be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who wants to move further into AI and digital transformation, while working on projects with tangible organisational and service impact.
