The British Society for Haematology (BSH) is the largest UK multidisciplinary Haematology Society with over 3,000 members. Our activities include running education events and courses (including our flagship Annual Scientific Meeting held in April), producing guidelines, awarding grants, and raising the profile of haematology. This is an exciting opportunity to join BSH and help us on a successful project delivering a new website/CMS, CRM and membership portal.
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring that BSH’s new digital ecosystem including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Umbraco CMS, and integrated member portal is designed and implemented around the Society’s business needs and strategic objectives.
This role bridges the gap between business teams and the delivery supplier, defining clear processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring the new solution enables more efficient, data-driven, and member-focused operations.
