Business Analyst (SaaS scale-up)

Remote | £37,500 - £50,000 | Annual bonus

We’re working exclusively with an award-winning SaaS scale‑up, to recruit a Business Analyst to join one of the product teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on product that directly supports and impacts thousands of individuals across the UK; if you are keen to work on a mission driven organisation with tech for good at their core, this could be for you.

The business has grown by 50% year-on-year and has ambitious plans for the next few years. They are a wonderful and inclusive mix of diverse individuals, and the organisation continually supports personal and professional growth.

You’ll focus on a mature product with a large customer base, helping refine backlogs, capture requirements, and translate requests into actionable user stories. This is a chance to bring structure and clarity to a high‑performing development team, enabling them to deliver effectively and continuously improve the product.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who has a few years of experience, and some experience working for a Software as a Service (SaaS) or digital product company.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience in an Agile software development environment
• Strong backlog management and user story writing skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Overview

• Remote first: offices in the SW and SE so you can work onsite if you prefer. You will also go and visit with clients across the UK from time to time
• Start: as soon as possible, but the client can wait a month or two for the right person
• Salary: £37,500 - £50,000 depending on experience
• Annual bonus
