The Opportunity
For the UK Government, maintaining National Security is a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year mission. To support these complex operations, the MoD partners with this Big4 Firm to empower critical thinking and drive value across its strategic initiatives and technology investments.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will support projects within the UK’s defence, intelligence, and military agencies, collaborating with high-performing multidiscipline teams to deliver projects across the following disciplines:
- Agile delivery
- Scrum / Kanban / SAFe /LeSS
- Requirements elicitation
- Value stream mapping
- Process modelling and lean practices
- Product Ownership and Management
- Product Centric operating models
- Data-based decisions
Required Skills/Experience
- British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
- Extensive business analysis experience within a project delivery environment
- Transformation and/or complex delivery projects within the UK Public/Defence Sectors, including Military, Policing, National Security, Counter Terrorism arenas.
- Scrum (Agile) development process
- SAFe 5.0 or LeSS methodologies
- Interest in refining processes and evaluating new tools
- QlikSense or other analytical tools
- Skill in testing against requirements and ensuring confidence in the outputs
- Ability to understand, interpret, present, and challenge technical and/or complex information to colleagues at all levels of an organisation
- Proven ability to manage scope successfully in challenging environments
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence when required
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and associated processes

- Base Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 (DoE)
