  • 2+ years of proven experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Ability to structure and present ideas clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a liaison between clients and development/design teams
  • Be responsible for managing client requirements and ensuring they are properly implemented
  • Proactively generate ideas and suggest new features to clients that could add value to their products
  • Create user flows, specifications, and system documentation
  • Support the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
