We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing IT Change team. In this role, you’ll be working with a team of Project Managers, a Senior Business Analyst and an Implementation Coordinator, and you will be directly reporting to our IT Head of Change. The role is far reaching, working with all people and at all levels, throughout the business. Our ideal candidate will be responsible and have experience of analysing business processes and data, developing insights into problems and opportunities to advance the company, and communicating technical information and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

The opportunity is a full time, permanent role with 37.5 working hours and we operate a hybrid working environment. The hours of work would be 8.45am till 5.15pm Monday - Friday, based out of our Ashby de la Zouch office.
