Business Analyst – Rapiscan Systems

Location: On-site, Redhill, Surrey

Rapiscan Systems is a global leader in detection technology, delivering advanced cargo and vehicle inspection solutions for ports, borders, military, and high‑security facilities. We design systems using low, medium, and high‑energy X‑ray technologies to meet diverse security needs.

We’re hiring a proactive Business Analyst to support enterprise systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role combines strategic insight with hands‑on execution, driving improvements across business processes and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver system enhancements
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing for major projects
  • Analyze data to support decision‑making and develop ERP/CRM/BI reports
  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support and deliver user training
  • Ensure compliance with IT documentation and design standards
