A leading water and wastewater company in Reading is seeking a Business Analyst for an 18-month hybrid contract. In this role, you will lead key activities to scope ideas, capture business requirements, and develop business cases. You will collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to drive transformation projects, supporting informed decisions within the company. The position offers a competitive salary between £54,000 to £59,000 per annum, hybrid working arrangements, and a range of benefits including holiday and pension schemes.

Thames Water is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Assurance & Bad Debt Reduction Delivery Team on an 18-month hybrid contract. In this role, you will primarily work remotely, with occasional office visits for team meetings or to deliver workshops that support your role objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with process owners, stakeholders, and Heads of Department. This Delivery Team is responsible for driving end-to-end change initiatives that underpin the ongoing transformation of the function – from idea conception to delivery, governance, and benefits realisation.
As the Business Analyst, you’ll lead key activities to scope ideas, capture business requirements, and develop business cases. Your work will help the department and Thames Water make informed decisions on which transformation projects to prioritise and deliver.
