As a Business Analyst in this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to document business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements, user stories and user cases.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analysis to drive business decision‑making.
  • Define and implement product centric operating models, increasing efficiency and efficacy.
  • Manage product ownership practices and processes to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate solutions and identify risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a UK Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance (if you hold an active SC and are willing to undergo DV, apply!)
  • Must be a UK Citizen
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering business requirements within a project delivery environment.
  • A history of working on transformation and/or complex delivery or equivalent projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Proficient in business analysis techniques, such as process modelling & lean practices, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
  • Experience with Agile delivery knowledge of methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 5.0, LeSS.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense or other analytical tools.
  • Experience of working in the Public Sector.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information.
  • Previous experience of developing & maintaining relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Lean Portfolio Management and associated processes.
