Role Responsibilities
  • Using a variety of tools and techniques to gather, analyse and document complex requirements from a wide range of stakeholders. Ensuring they are clearly defined, prioritised, signed off, and managed effectively, throughout the project lifecycle
  • Scoping and mapping complex “as‑is” and “to‑be” business processes to investigate business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, conduct gap analysis, and inform requirements and products
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to clarify responsibilities, agree requirements, negotiate solutions and build trust
  • Supporting the design process by analysing business needs and delivering solutions guided by user‑centred design principles
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to bring diverse groups of people together, encouraging collaboration, and helping translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Identifying, categorising, and evaluating efficiency savings, cost savings and other benefits in line with project objectives
  • Assessing the impact of proposed changes on people, processes and data, identifying both risks and benefits, and recommending actions to address them
  • Understanding the importance of testing and actively contributing to the design, execution, and evaluation of tests to ensure that products, processes, and user experiences align with defined requirements
  • Promoting the use of standards and best practices and applying recognised methodologies to ensure that business analysis outputs are high quality, clearly understood, and agreed by stakeholders
  • Demonstrating expertise and providing guidance, mentoring, coaching and support to others, contributing to their professional development
