Role: Business Analyst

Location: Hemel Hempstead - hybrid 2-3 days p/w onsite

Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate:£500/day (Outside IR35)

We're looking for a Business Analyst to support a well-known UK hospitality group on a major data platform project.

The focus is integrating six external systems into a centralised data platform - from POS and procurement to marketing and guest services. You'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business to define what data matters, how it can be used, and what needs to happen for integration to work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing data across 6 unintegrated systems
  • Working with stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and key metrics
  • Documenting requirements, integration scope, and outputs
  • Helping the business understand what's possible with the data

What we're looking for:

  • Strong BA experience on data-focused projects and integration projects
  • Confident working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups
  • Experience gathering requirements, defining scope, and managing change
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and add structure to complex projects
  • Bonus if you've used SQL or Python for light data interrogation
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS or data governance (GDPR, PII) also helpful

Ready to jump into a hands-on role and help shape a high-impact data programme? Apply now to join a collaborative, delivery-focused team.
