Job summary

Zensar, based in London, seeks a Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis and digital delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, while shaping Roadmaps and adoption activities across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Digital Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering digital products and technology delivery initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience mapping processes and conducting business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and delivery teams.

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyse existing business processes and identify pain points, inefficiencies, and risks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation programmes.

Agile Product Delivery

• Work within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery teams.


• Support backlog management and sprint planning.


• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and architects.


• Clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product validation.


• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.


• Gather and analyse user feedback.


• Measure benefits and value delivered by digital products.


• Support data-driven decision making through analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting process mapping and business analysis.


• Ability to analyse complex business problems and develop practical solutions.


• Experience supporting product development teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
