Job summary

Addition, a London-based global financial services firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape prime brokerage offerings and drive operational excellence.

Role is hybrid in London with a daily rate of £600 Inside IR35, focusing on collating business needs, turning them into specifications, and supporting development teams.

You will work with sales, trading, operations, and risk to deliver compliant, efficient platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in Prime Brokerage, CFDs, or Synthetic prime products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, less structured environment.
• Solid understanding of prime brokerage platforms, trading infrastructure, reporting tools, and onboarding systems.
• Experience working with or alongside major competitors in financial services is desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, trading, operations, and risk to capture and interpret business needs for platform enhancements and prime brokerage services.
