Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead complex insurance-related initiatives in a hybrid, contract role inside IR35. You will combine business analysis with delivery leadership to ensure on-time, value-driven outcomes.

You will gather requirements, run stakeholder workshops, manage plans and RAID logs, and guide cross-functional teams through discovery to adoption, balancing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven hybrid BA/PM capability.
• Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and business efficiencies.

Project Delivery

• Manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Ensure effective governance, scope control, and delivery execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making, alignment, and communications.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Delivery Leadership

• Own successful end-to-end project outcomes.
• Support testing, business readiness, implementation, and adoption.
