Our global team shares a passion for solving our customers’ biggest problems through a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that empowers employees and rewards creative thinking.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically mindedindividual to join our Portfolio Management team. This role will support the design, coordination, and execution of operational priorities that shape the strategic direction of our Portfolio Management functions. Reporting directly to the SVP, Underwriting and Portfolio Operations, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, solve complex challenges, and enhance strategic execution across the business. This role is expected to leverage experience in content development, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain exposure to senior decision-makers, contribute to enterprise-level initiatives, and grow within a high-performing, globally connected team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives Coordination & Execution
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives within Portfolio Management, including capital planning and model management activities
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder updates
  • Support the SVP in managing internal stakeholders and external parties
2. Leadership Engagement & Strategic Planning
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership forums and strategic meetings e.g., off-sites, quarterly planning meetings and other portfolio & capital management meetings
  • Act as a liaison between Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Global Services, and other business units
  • Support the transition from material change projects into business adaptation within the Portfolio & Capital domain
3. Problem Solving & Content Generation
  • Develop clear, compelling presentation materials and briefing documents for senior leadership meetings and strategic forums
  • Apply structured thinking to help break down complex business challenges into manageable components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, project management role, ideally within (re)insurance, financial services or consulting in a strategy environment
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • University degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in supporting the planning cycle for a large organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across diverse teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with underwriting, portfolio management, or capital management is advantageous

We believe that meeting these requirements will position you for success in the role. However, if you fulfil most - but not all - of the expectations, we still encourage you to apply, as we are eager to explore your potential and believe in the ability to grow and learn.

What We Offer
  • A role that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and structured problem-solving in a dynamic business environment.
  • A high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and strategic decision-making and execution.
  • Opportunities for professional development and internal progression.
  • A collaborative, meritocratic culture that values innovation, precision, and integrity.
  • International exposure and potential travel to global offices (e.g., London, New York, Zurich).
  • The chance to shape and support initiatives that drive the future of our underwriting and portfolio teams.

Our people are our most valuable resource and core to our success. This is a fast-paced business environment, demanding a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, a comprehensive talent development program, and a reward system in which employees share in the success of the company. We are an engaged member of the communities in which we live and work and have a locally-led giving philosophy with generous employee matching program, global and local community grants and employee volunteerism.

We seek diversity, create equity, and practice inclusion. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are an equal opportunity employer.
