The Transformation Programme will change the way we operate our licensing services, improving efficiency and effectiveness, as well as refreshing key IT systems and supporting our aspirations to become a better regulator and improve choice and value for consumers. The programme includes significant changes to the way we manage information, capture and make use of data, and engage with stakeholders, including online. Examples of projects within the Portfolio include those which relate to airspace and technologies such as space, cyber and drones.
As an organisation that delivers services to our customers, CAA has adopted the core principles of the Government Digital Service that ensures we have a customer-centric approach to all that we do, formalised though our Service Standard and the use of User Research and Service Design activities to complement our core business analysis activities.
