The Role
  • Turn business asks into clear user stories + acceptance criteria.
  • Own UAT : entry / exit, scenarios, defect triage, sign-off.
  • Make integrations connector-first (suite tools before iPaaS).
  • Define integration readiness : data contracts, non-functionals, rollback plan.
  • Produce concise decision packs with privacy / retention and access controls.
Requirements
  • Recent BA experience in HRIS / Payroll (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
  • Proven stories + ACs and UAT ownership to production.
  • Awareness of suite-native connectors (e.g., EIB / Core Connectors, Integration Center, HCM Adapter) and when to use them.
  • Comfortable working with architects, data leads, and payroll.
  • Basic SQL / BI for reconciliation; exposure to payroll parallel testing; interest in AI / HITL guardrails.
