Business Analyst – Legal – Crawley – Permanent – up to £65,000pa

My Law firm client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as they are currently undertaking a significant transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze data for insights.
  • Define user stories and process documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and process reviews.
  • Design solutions and evaluate options.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards.
  • Collaborate with developers and maintain IT architecture documentation.
  • Support deployments and communicate requirements effectively.

They are looking for a Business Analyst with:

  • BCS certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with legal CMS, workflow automation, and legal applications.
  • Knowledge of Agile development, Secure by Design principles, SQL, BPMN.
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Previous legal experience is highly desirable.

This position is hybrid role working 3 days a week in the Crawley office
