Business Analyst

Location: Egham, Surrey

Hybrid: 2 days per week

Salary: Up to £50,000 doe

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a technology driven SaaS company.

You will be responsible for understanding the business goals that are addressed by technology-based initiatives and support the delivery of projects.

Driving the real needs behind projects you will ensure that fit for purpose solutions are delivered on time within their dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PO, Support and Sales teams as well as end customers to understand requirements and needs
• Produce functional, system and process requirements
• Document requirements as user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Document acceptance criteria in Gherkin format
• Provide the link between customer and development team

Experience you’ll bring:

• Experience in an Agile environment
• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience writing requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria in Gherkin
• Experience of both internal and external customer interaction
• Ability to produce clear documentation and communication
• Experienced with API based systems and on systems integration projects
• Any experience in the logistics industry is a bonus!
