A not-for-profit organization in Crawley is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract to act as a liaison between business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business analysis and document management, with familiarity in regulatory compliance and change management. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and perform a range of activities which will help ensure the organisation meet business objectives through identifying, validating, and supporting the implementation of internal and external change. Analysing customer interactions, generating reports, and offering actionable insights to stakeholders,
Understanding of how documents are created, stored, versioned, approved, and archived across different systems.
Familiarity with regulations around document retention, audit trails, and customer communications (e.g., GDPR, FCA guidelines).
Ability to support the transition from legacy systems to a new platform, including training, communications, and adoption strategies.
Experience with DMS platforms, especially around version control and workflow automation.
Understanding of how the DMS will integrate with existing systems (e.g., CRM, policy admin systems, letter generation tools).
Experience in supporting data/document migration activities, including validation, testing, and reconciliation
