About The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially‑focused Business Analyst to join our busy IT team, and to contribute to the success of our business change programme.

The role’s primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business efficiency. You will capture ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes and requirements, to ensure the most appropriate solutions are evaluated and selected. The role also requires expertise in related areas, such as business case preparation, testing, stakeholder management, and project management.

About You

You’ll have a passion for critically assessing business processes and exploiting technology to drive improvements.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, business analysis expertise, and be proficient in the standard business analysis tools and techniques. You may have business process automation skills but, if not, we’re willing to help you learn.

Your enthusiasm for adding value, learning and problem solving, alongside tackling diverse tasks such as data analysis and test management, will be key to your success.

We welcome less experienced individuals who are eager to develop within the role, as well as Business Analysts with established expertise.
