We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to deliver a variety of projects across the organisation, at a time of exciting change.
As Business Analyst, you will:
To be successful in this role, it is critical that you have excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and proven experience of these skills in a previous role. You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver messages clearly to influence stakeholders from all corners of the organisation. You will be confident performing data and impact analysis and will have an aptitude for simplification, attention to detail and continuous improvement. Additionally, you’ll understand the critical importance of confidentiality in relation to key projects and be resilient to change in a fast-moving environment.
Experience of working for a charitable organisation and working with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.

The IT department is responsible for the ongoing management and development of critical business systems that contribute to the overall success of Dogs Trust activities. The focus of the Business Analyst role will be working with their assigned Business Partners to identify, shape and sponsor existing and new transformation projects, business as usual initiatives, and continuous improvements across Dogs Trust to support the realisation of the DT Strategy.
We operate a flexible hybrid working model but some attendance to our London Head Office will be required. Please note we are recruiting for both permanent and fixed term positions.
