Job Purpose

• Map, analyse, and document as-is and to-be business processes, especially for administrative and operational flows.
• Elicit, challenge, and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with transformation goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, often working remotely.
• Support and test systems, including user acceptance and functionality testing.
• Ability to support various change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
