The Business Analyst leads analysis activities to support the effective design and delivery of solutions to priority business needs. In this role, you will assess complex requirements, work closely with stakeholders to define desired outcomes, evaluate solution options, and support the end-to-end delivery of agreed solutions. You will also coach team members to strengthen their skills in requirements gathering, problem solving, design, and process improvement. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will align with Group design standards, apply relevant delivery best practices, and use agile methods to deliver high-impact, iterative outcomes.
