Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Map, analyse, and document as-is and to-be business processes, especially for administrative and operational flows.
- Elicit, challenge, and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with transformation goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, often working remotely.
- Support and test systems, including user acceptance and functionality testing.
- Ability to support various change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies. Experience in financial services, ideally with medium sized companies.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced documentation and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
