A major media organisation in the UK is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing Technology & Data team. You will analyze complex business problems, document processes, and liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Group Technology & Data team during an exciting period of tech transformation. The Business Analyst will analyse complex business problems and drive the implementation of effective solutions. You'll act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our projects deliver maximum value and align with our strategic objectives. The Business Analyst role is ideally suited to someone highly analytical who loves digging into the details and getting to the heart of a problem, working towards outcomes that add tangible value to the business.
You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age). We believe in giving back, which is why employees are given 2 volunteering days annually and the option of payroll giving. Season ticket loans are also available.
