Job summary

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a technology-focused change environment on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a core Business Analysis role, working closely with stakeholders across business and IS teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear and actionable requirements, and support the successful delivery and ongoing improvement of technology solutions.

The Role

You will take ownership of gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and aligned with agreed standards.

Working across both business and technology teams, you will help assess existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support process redesign and system enhancements. You will also work closely with external technology providers to ensure requirements are effectively communicated and delivered.

The role will involve supporting solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirements definition, process analysis, testing and implementation, as well as contributing to ongoing system improvements.
