We are supporting a leading banking client in the appointment of a Financial Crime Business Analyst to support the delivery of a significant Economic Crime programme.
Working closely with permanent team members and key programme stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting and enhancing financial crime processes across the first line of defence. The initial focus will be on procedure development, process mapping and facilitating discovery workshops to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
We are looking to speak with experienced Business Analysts who combine strong BA fundamentals with a deep understanding of Financial Crime frameworks, controls and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders, challenging existing processes and driving meaningful change within a complex banking environment.
